Our approach to the project involved a meticulous integration of existing structural elements – columns, metal trusses, and structural links – blending legacy with innovation. Collaborating with specialized experts, we strategically implemented advanced systems such as ventilation, air conditioning, sprinkler fire extinguishing, and smoke removal. This transformative process not only respects the architectural heritage but also ensures the seamless coexistence of tradition and cutting-edge technology within the revamped office space.

In our pursuit of an employee-centric design, we prioritized the creation of comfortable workspaces tailored to individual needs. A thoughtfully curated color palette and strategic zoning based on function were implemented to enhance navigation and aesthetics. The integration of live greens through biophilic design infused the office with a natural, soothing ambiance, contributing to a more relaxed and inviting atmosphere.

To tackle the challenge of open office noise, we implemented a comprehensive acoustic strategy. This encompassed the use of sound-absorbing panels for ceilings and walls, along with specialized flooring solutions, ensuring a quieter and more focused work environment. By addressing these crucial aspects, we aimed to not only optimize the physical workspace but also enhance the overall well-being and productivity of every employee.
